AJ Chambers has an exciting opportunity has arisen to join and learn from the leading experts in the field in a Top Tier Law Firm.

This firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to work closely with the Head of Department and other team members (both legaland other professionals in the field) in developing and growing your knowledge.

Main Duties:
- support clients in managing their portfolio of electronic communications sites;
- providing advice on property law issues;
- carrying out title reports to identify who can grant a code agreement (agreements which permit electronic communications apparatus to be installed on land);
- negotiating and completing code agreements; and
- assisting in litigation under both the Code and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
