We are based in Hatfield Broad Oak, Hertfordshire and cover a wide area.

Job description
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support in a modern newly built office
- Working closely with the Business Manager and office staff
- Preparing and typing documents
- Liaise with Director, office team, contractors, customers and suppliers
- Taking instructions and information clearly
Daily Tasks:
- Checking the diary and updating the electronic job board for the outbound team daily
- Answering telephone calls, taking messages and information on new leads
- Typing inspection sheets, job sheets and quotes (using Xero training will be provided)
- Complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements using our system (training will be provided)
- Paperwork filing and organising files and folders in store room
- Assisting the Business Manager with daily running of the office
Your qualification will be delivered by an Award-Winning Training Provider who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship.
This will involve a Regional Trainer coming to visit you in the workplace on a regular basis to deliver the training and guide you through your Apprenticeship.

Things to consider
Apprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentices' chosen career route, each standard has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role.
Once you have completed a minimum of 12 months training and the employer and Inspiro Regional trainer confirm you have met all the requirements of the standard you will be put through to the End Point Assessment.
The End Point Assessment is independent from the training and includes a variety of assessment methods which test the skills and knowledge of apprentices to ensure you are fully competent in your role.
As an Apprentice you will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by a structured programme of teaching, e-learning, face to face training and workplace mentoring; this will encourage and help you to meet the requirements of the new standards and will prepare you for the End Point Assessment.
