We are looking for a Transport Administration Clerk to join us at our Leeds Service Centre, playing a key role in the distribution of medicine and medical supplies across the UK.


We are looking for flexible people who thrive in a face-paced environment where the work we do is critical in ensuring the integrity of the medical supply chain.

Some of the things you could be doing in this role include;

  • Monitor the mailbox dealing with queries ranging from deliveries, order details, product enquiries etc.
  • Complete and maintain a variety of spreadsheets including daily reprints, expiry dates and batch checks
  • Communicate with customer services and management in an efficient, polite and timely manner
  • Process various bookings for exceptional orders for key hospital accounts and pharmacies
  • POD & missing's investigations

Days of Work:
Monday to Friday

Hours per Week: 36


Hours of Work:
Mon to Thurs 11am - 6pm and Fri 9.30am - 6pm

Rate of Pay:
£10.509, rising to £10.659 after 3 months probation
