My client are a long-standing and well-established law firm that offers a wide range of services to businesses and individuals from its South London offices.
They are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join theirfamily law team to support its Head of Department.
The Role
- General secretarial and administration support
- Typing letters and general correspondence to include preparation of various documents/court bundles
- Answering incoming calls, dealing with enquires, and arranging appointments
- Updating case management systems
Knowledge, skills, and experience
- Excellent keyboard/typing skills including audio typing using BigHand digital dictation systems
- Superb organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in a busy environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
- Experience working within a case management system is desirable, but not essential
