We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Assessment Administrator to join the Multi-Level Testing Team (MLT).

This role directly contributes to the production and delivery of online, customer-focused, data-driven, high-margin automated digital assessment products annually generating over 10m in revenue for Cambridge University Press & Assessment.


About the role


The role will be to assist with the management of the MLT Admin Team and to assist the content creation and delivery of new and existing products for MLT.

- supervising administrative support for quality assurance activity on marking and results determination processes
- line managing individuals and contributing to the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, professional development and career progression of team members
- to ensure assessment content, results and key documentation are produced efficiently, in line with standard procedures, on time and to the specified standard of quality and accuracy


About you

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- planning, co-ordination, prioritisation and decision-making skills
- experience of working in a busy and complex professional environment
- experience of working with complex processes and systems
