Essential Qualifications

Qualified teacher status
Good honours degree or equivalent
Evidence of leadership development
Successful experience as head of maths or second in department.
A track record of successful teaching with evidence of enhancing pupil achievement both in your own classes and across the school.
Good ICT skills.
An ability to lead and be part of a team.
Assessment, data analysis and target setting
