As the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop, we are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Administrator to assist the service within the Learning and Development Team.


Reporting to the SHE Training Manager, this position will be key in providing an administrative support service to the team.

The L&D Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties within data management and training support.


The L&D Administrator shall:


  • Assist in the administration of New Starts, Refresher, PDP & Daily Training requests.
  • Liaise with external training providers to coordinate the booking of training events
  • Ensure data management systems are maintained by updating training and system information.
  • Arrange room bookings and hospitality for training events
  • Assist with the collation of attendance records
  • Monitor outstanding certificates and invoices
  • Scan and file invoices & certificates onto the data system
  • Manage the administration of the training events billing activity
  • Assist in the collation of training feedback.
  • Manage the grant recovery process
  • Undertake any other duties which may be required by SHE Training Team Leader/L&D Management
