Job description:
Your role is to develop a range of content to explain concepts and policies clearly through a combination of motion graphics, videos and photography.
As a member of the Communications team you will be responsible for bringing stories to life through the use of multimedia, helping people clearly communicate visually to meet user needs.
You will be expected to collaborate with your colleagues across the Communications team and other stakeholders to produce the most effective creative content for the audience you are trying to reach, contributing to our overall ideas and marketing plans.
As a Creative Content Producer, you'll:
- produce creative and engaging multimedia content, tailored to a variety of channels and audiences
- including but not limited to video, animations, and photography
- produce short-form animated gif social media content as well as longer-form pieces.
- edit the footage into compelling stories.
- work with external specialist resources to supplement our work
- lead as an innovative and creative team member for storytelling ideas and plan through creative solutions
- train and upskill colleagues on basic filming, photography, and editing skills
- analyse and evaluate your work to improve outputs and performance of the content
Person specification:
We're interested in people who have:
- excellent design skills and able to demonstrate a track record in consistently coming up with and delivering creative and engaging content utilising photography, video, and audio, designed to meet user needs
- a proven ability to quickly comprehend information about new topics and turn them into creative content products
- strong time and project management skills, able to effectively balance competing demands on your time and deliver at pace
- experience of building relationships, influencing and collaborating with different people across an organisation to deliver results
- audio, lighting and post-production expertise to ensure that we have the best result from film or photography based on the environment
