Development Inspector


Location:
Hybrid role, London/South East


Hours:
Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Up to £24,000 per annum Plus Car allowance

As the Property Inspector, you will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favourite property manager by delivering an effective and professional Asset Management service to stakeholders

This role reports to the Asset Management Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Team Leader, to plan and assist in coordination to ensure each separate property is visited and inspected in line with a specified template and format, at least once in every three years.
  • During site visits consider potentil opportunities for enhanced service provision and customer experience and potentil additional income opportunities for the client.
  • In conjunction with the Asset Managers; to review Managing Agent performance ensuring all assets are maintained safely and diligently in line with client Asset Management Policy to the benefit of all stakeholders.
  • To support Asset Management activity on other funds/portfolios as required.
Skills and Experience

  • At least two years' experience working within Asset/Property Management environment.
  • Hands on delivery of all aspects of Health & Safety legislation in relation to asset management.
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret site land registry title plans.
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Experience of communicating with external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and undertaking of site visits on the client portfolio
  • Identify additional fund income streams
  • Identify income opportunities for Mainstay through enhanced service provision.
  • Other duties.
