Recruitment Consultant - Tech Recruitment Agency - Mayfair, London

Normally we're hiring for our clients, but here at Evermore, we're very excited to now be hiring for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our small talent team in Berkeley Square, London.

About the role:
Evermore is a rapidly expanding business. We help build companies through the following key channels

Our technology talent acquisition services
Our consulting arm
Our new startup accelerator

We're looking for driven, ambitious individuals who are interested and capable of building a desk within a tech discipline of their choosing and reap the rewards that come with that.

Longer term if you want to scale a team beneath you there is absolutelyscope to do so.

We are a small team who work at pace and get involved in all elements of recruitment, no restrictions on working contract or perm and you will be a key part of moving Evermore forward.

What we're looking for:

You'll be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with a wealth of experience hiring tech professionals through a variety of channels.
You have high emotional intelligence you're a people person who can communicate well and build genuine integral relationships.
You're a passionate problem solver who wants to constantly iterate how we do things and play a key role in driving the business to succeed and grow.
You don't shy away from hard work. We're extremely busy, and so we need someone motivated to work hard to fill roles for our clients and build their own client base (and in turn, earn great commission).
