The Supply Chain & Procurement team is on a transformational journey aimed at evolving from a traditional inwards-oriented savings-focused team to becoming a differentiating value proposition towards key accounts across the full outsourcing contract lifecycle incl.
To succeed with this quantum leap, Supply Chain & Procurement needs to move closer to our key accounts, and the Business Partnering function is the deployment vehicle, led by the Head of Business Partnering.
Key Responsibilities_
- Bids and transition support as needed
- Define and sign off segment/accountspecific strategic priorities in collaboration with account leadership team
- Break down strategic priorities into tangible actions plans with clear outcomes and targets
- Drive progress towards targets and continuously visualize and report progress to segments/accounts
- Drive traditional savings initiatives and crosssupplier base strategic sourcing processes to secure synergies and savings
- Drive nontraditional savings initiatives on sites to leverage ISS' preferred supplier concept to increase operational productivities on site & compliance where appropriate to ISS preferred suppliers
- Drive compliance across supplier base (prequalification, flowdown contracts, performance reviews, audits)
- Drive progress on new avenues of value such as sustainability and diversity within the segments/accounts
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_
- Significant & relevant supply Chain & procurement experience desired from roles such as category management, sourcing, and SRM
- Exposure from commercial contexts such as sales or similar would be an ideal combination with above procurement experience
- Strong stakeholder and relationship building skills
- Diplomatic communications style with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and SME
- Experience from largescale organizations with complex stakeholder picture
