Time Appointments are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their thriving client based on the outskirts of Ipswich.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading local business who have grown from strength to strength.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within a similar leadership position.

It is essential that you are commercially minded with a proven track record in contract development and building long term relationships with clients.

Negotiatingand Influencing skills are imperative, along with the ability to manage multiple commercial activities with a robust commercial acumen.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and cultivating the business' vision and goals
  • Strategically expanding and preserving customers and relations
  • Engaging with other departmental managers to gain knowledge of the company and industry
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the business' services and develop a strong knowledge of the competition in the industry.
  • Recognising opportunities for services and campaigns that will result in sales
  • Presenting new services and upselling opportunities to existing clients
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
  • Challenging internal business to be able to provide quality service at market competitive rates
  • Providing weekly accurate sales data reports
Due to the nature of the role, travel will be required to visit new and existing client sites.
