We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to ensure all contractual deliverables are met within this contract.
***
You will carry out the duties of AP for Mechanical, Ventilation, and Water systems according to the Scottish Healthcare Technical Memoranda, maintaining up-to-date training and appointment as AP.
***
You will ensure sufficient CPs are trained and appointed for these services and supervise the Mechanical Maintenance team, including Tradesmen, Maintenance Assistants, and specialist subcontractors.
***
Your role involves ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are performed safely and within contract timelines.
***
Additionally, you will ensure that all Statutory Compliance tasks for Mechanical systems on site are always current.
***
You will assist and advise ISS Service Managers and Trust staff, and participate in the emergency on-call rota to provide an out-of-hours breakdown service across all Estates functions.

Key Responsibilities
***-
To assist in ensuring all contractual deliverables are adhered to in this contract*:

Carry out the duties of AP Mechanical, Ventilation and Water in accordance with the Scottish Healthcare Technical Memoranda and keep personal training and appointment as AP up to date at all times*:
Ensure sufficient CP's are trained and appointed to the above services*:

Supervises the Mechanical Maintenance team comprising Tradesmen, Maintenance Assistants as well as specialist subcontractors ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks for Mechanical works are carried out safely and within the contract completion timescales*:

Assist in ensuring that all Statutory Compliance tasks for Mechanical for the site is up to date at all times*:

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Technical supervision experience in Hard FM Facilities with Mechanical bias*:

Experience working as a fully qualified Mechanical Technician:
Minimum O.N.

D in either Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Subject or similar experience*:

-
Good verbal & written communication skills*:

Ability to interpret complex information in order to interrogate data:

Excellent organisational skills*:

-
Good levels of numeracy with an ability to understand and assist with budgets
