Core responsibilities will typically include:


  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions & adverts.
  • Custodian of the recruitment process and driving its improvement.
  • Advertising; job boards. career sites & social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Assisting to design and implement employee referral programs.
  • Provide interview feedback.
  • Update stakeholders on all activities and progress.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience in recruitment and hiring process from junior to senior.
  • Experience working as a Senior Recruiter or Lead Recruiter in an agency setting.
  • Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, group)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, job boards etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, research capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Happy operating in an autonomous & selfdirected working culture.
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation and GDPR.
  • Professional Recruitment Training / REC Qualification (or equivalent).
