I am currently seeking a Service Call Planner to work for a fantastic company based within the retail sector.

This person will be expected to deliver high class customer service to clients and customers requiring assistance with products and services.


Some duties for this position include:

  • Ensure calls are logged appropriately and ensure customers are kept well informed on their orders.
  • Liasing with technicians to book in slots of work with customers.
  • Provide pricing quotes for customers.
  • Advise of any delays/ job status.
  • Maintain up to date customer information on SAP.

Who you will be:


  • Organised and able to handle high pressure situations.
  • Have previous experience in a scheduling or planning position.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Team player and problem solver

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
