a. MUST have a deep understanding of Gas Trading, ability to understand complex deal modelling, forward curves, exposures/position reporting.

b. Significant hands on experience with traders to solicit/capture complex business requirements and translate these to frame opportunities

c. Experience/understanding of ETRMs/ understand the life of a deal process
