Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of
Part time Guest Service Assistant (GSA) at the
New Opening HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, Rope Walks Liverpool.

The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service and have strong administration and computer skills with a good telephone manner, have a positive and confident 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn.

You will be a team player to assist in all areas of the front of house operation.

Part of the IHG family of brands, this exciting role provides an excellent opportunity to join the team and be part of an iconic-branded hotel in a busy competitive market place.


What Are We Looking For?
We're looking for an individual who has;

  • A great personality and be genuine, approachable and attentive
  • A proven track record in a similar role
  • Good organisation, communication and planning skills gained through previous experience

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fastmoving environment.
  • Have high energy and a fearless doityourself attitude.
  • Desire to learn and develop.
  • Strong communicator that loves to chat to our guests.
  • Someone who comes to work with a smile and want to make sure everyone around you leaves with a smile.
  • Smart professional appearance
  • A sense of humour

NICE TO HAVE:


  • Hotel reception experience.
  • A good working knowledge of hotel systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure independently.

The Holiday Inn Express, Rope Walks Liverpool is a new hotel opening under the IHG Holiday Inn Brand. Managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
