Due to exceptional growth and internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our expanding drivers team.

General office administration duties will include;

  • Answering the telephone.
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
  • Trade Plate audits.
  • Office property audits.
  • Organising booklets and stationary.
  • Printing and maintaining training packs.

Microsoft Word and Excel experience is essential.


The Office Administrator will play a key role in the department so must be a team player, have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.


Job Type:


  • Full Time
  • Permanent.
- £11per hour.


Schedule:

  • 34 hours over 4 days with a 30 minute lunch break.


  • Monday

  • Friday position, day off to be negotiated.
