Due to exceptional growth and internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our expanding drivers team.
- Answering the telephone.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
- Trade Plate audits.
- Office property audits.
- Organising booklets and stationary.
- Printing and maintaining training packs.
Microsoft Word and Excel experience is essential.
The Office Administrator will play a key role in the department so must be a team player, have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Job Type:
- Full Time
- Permanent.
Schedule:
- 34 hours over 4 days with a 30 minute lunch break.
- Monday
- Friday position, day off to be negotiated.
