Description

Our food is a major part of the service we offer to our 30 residents, and we are proud of its quality.

Prepared fresh on-site each day, our meals contribute to our client's feeling of health and well-being.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and organized individual with great attention to detail to join our small catering team

Duties:

Prepare, cook, and present excellent food in accordance with the menu and the requirements of our customers.
Always adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain the high levels of cleanliness expected in a fivestar rated kitchen.
Order and manage stock.

Benefits:

Sector leading rate of pay £ £11.00 depending on experience.
A permanent Parttime contract of 6 hrs a day from Saturday to Sunday (12hrs a week).

Experience/Qualities/Skills:

Experience of working in a care home kitchen
Qualified to a minimum of level 2 in hospitality/catering or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and working relationship skills.
The ability to carry out effective shift handovers.
Competent in completing essential paperwork relevant to health and safety.
Understanding of IT systems, such as word, excel. Good management of iPad, and phones
