We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to a join a leading company with several offices in the South West.
This role could be worked from their Central Truro or Plymouth branch.This part time position will be working Monday - Friday in the afternoon. Occasional days can be worked from home once fully trained.
You will have responsibility for the following:
- Being part of an admin poor within outlook
- Coordination of allocation of work with another team member
- File opening internal systems and sharepoint
- Collating documents word processing
- Archiving internal system and sharepoint
- Working to timescales diary management via outlook
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Motivated individual with excellent IT skills
- Previous experience in an admin role, with at least a couple of years having worked in a office environment
- Experience with diary management
- Experience of working with CRMs
- Works well in a team and strong communicator
Desirable Experience:
- Experience having used Sharepoint
- £21,000 Pro Rata
- 33 days including Bank holidays ( Pro Rata)
