Role Overview

Reporting into the SBG ASO Manager, the exec will join a team of ASO specialists across Flutter UK&I, working across the Flutter UK&I Apps.
Contribution and help to deliver the current and future App Growth Strategy
Analyse, evaluate and seek new opportunities within ASO and overall App Growth
Partner crossfunctionally with internal teams e.g. MarTech, Paid Search, Commercial, Product, CRM etc.
App Metadata experimentation

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Work closely with our Search team to help set up, optimise and report on ASO initiatives.
Help ensure daily and weekly plans are shared with the team and implemented, which ladder up to App Growth strategy and broader marketing objectives.
Help implement the best keyword optimisation strategies across all our products.
Supervise the performance & own the reporting function of our App Store marketing and help report to commercial business partners.
Help capture creative requirements and work with inhouse designers on concepts throughout the briefing, creation, and implementation stages.
Work closely with other marketing and commercial team members across the group to share key findings and to collaborate optimally on teamwide projects.
Help set up tests across iOS and Android to deliver the best results and be involved in continuously developing SBG's App Strategy.
Become immersed in the latest industry news, case studies and standard methodologies; develop a network of colleagues and engage in team tasks, assisting on ad hoc projects.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required

Be analytical, with the ability to spot key trends and act upon them.
Be naturally collaborative, with a desire to be part of a highly successful team as well as a highly successful individual.
Driven personality, with high levels of passion, dedication, and enthusiasm
Keen to learn about ASO and become a specialist in the ASO world.
Excel experience desired
