Systems Trainer

9 month FTC

Remote (UK based) role with regular travel to our Central Bristol Hub

This person will be responsible for planning and delivering systems training across our booking system and In-Residence platforms.


It's a big job You are a self-starter and are (relatively) autonomous, at least enough to work across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.

Crucially you are passionate about training and energized by change, the learning experience and contributing to the business's success.


Responsibilities:


Sound good so far? Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead the systems training across our global operations teams for our In-Residence platform and booking system
  • Conducting skills gaps analysis among employees to inform training requirements
  • Create a comprehensive training plan encompassing our booking system and In-Residence platform; that supports business activity and the launch of relevant products/features
  • Identify system super users and provide enhanced training, enabling them to provide local firstline support and training when needed
  • Using blended learning methodologies, create rolebased training material and modern interactive videos that are simple and clear for end users to follow
  • Providing fun and inclusive individual and group training that compliment selfpaced learning sessions
  • Attend and contribute during the systems design review/testing process across our booking system and inres platform; to obtain firsthand user experience that aids training material creation and change management
  • Collaborating with Operations and Central support teams to obtain feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the quality of training and materials created
  • Record and communicate training activity across teams, providing feedback on completion as needed
  • Assist in auditing the booking system and inres platform, monitoring effective use and providing additional training/coaching where needed and promoting continuous improvement
  • Assist in responding to enquiries or issues raised by the team related to the booking system and inres platform

Qualifications:

Here's what you'll need:

Essential:

  • Experience working in Systems training for at least 2 yearsProven experience in creating effective training materials and delivering online training sessions.
  • Excellent oral and written communicationStrong Planning and Administrative skills
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Organisation and efficiency
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • The ability to motivate others
  • A patient and friendly approach to teaching

Desirable:

  • Proven qualifications in training: CITP or equivalent
  • Fluency in Spanish/German/Mandarin
  • Project Management qualifications
  • Experience working with and using booking systems
  • Experience working within the PBSA industry
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
