We are looking for someone who is passionate about communications and can help share our story as we deliver our plans to invest in our network, support net zero and create a greener energy future.

You will provide comprehensive administration support for the property team and involves working closely with the facilities team, surveyors and communication team.

As a customer facing point of contact, the position will be the initial response to general enquiries and will be responsible for capturing property help desk requests, internal enquiries and maintaining records and files as well as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the property team
  • Assisting with central inbox enquiries for both the property and communications teams
  • Raising all POs associated with the property team and communications function and reconciling invoice/receipts and recording the detail appropriately
  • Administering the team records (such as contractor database, nonoperational property, operational property files, archive file system and legal/deed document storage)
  • Assisting with the coordination of team meetings, conferences, travel, accommodation
  • Administering the internal hospitality and benefits requests and maintain records
