Reporting to the Head of Property Performance, this is an administrative support role with a focus on helping the wider team maximise holiday property revenue through customer support, technical admin and data analysis, management and input.

The Role:

  • Working within the Property Performance team, typical tasks include:
  • Handling of inbound requests from our property partners
  • Data Input & Pricing Management
  • Maintaining property records to support our website and marketing.
  • Reviewing performance, pricing, and content
  • Implementing adjustments to properties to maximise booking levels.
  • Being a part of projectbased work and support to the department head to aid business development.
  • Telephone enquiries
  • Marketing
  • Liaising with Marketing team
  • Submitting Marketing requests
  • Tracking individual property marketing

Required skills:

  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • The desire to improve results.
  • Strong administrative skills


  • Excellent computer literacy

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Proactive and positive approach to work
  • Problem solver
  • Strong numeracy skills
Desirable (but not essential)

  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Experience within the holiday let industry.
  • Experience of working with different software and databases
  • Experience within a marketing/ sales role
