About Our Client:
Page Personnel are recruiting for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger to join a company in Huddersfield My client is a market leading company within the manufacturing industry and are looking for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger to join them working 24 hours a week.
The primary aim of the role is to support the Purchase Ledger Manager ensuring that day to day purchase ledger functions are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all invoices are processed accurately.
- Consult with suppliers and branches to resolve discrepancies/queries, process credits and cross reference with queried invoices.
- Open new supplier accounts, amend account information, block, and unblock invoice and accounts.
- Deal with incoming calls from suppliers.
- Communicate efficiently with all members of the team and other Group employees.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by the company from to time, as instructed by or under the direction of the immediate supervisor.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience in a purchase ledger processing environment
- Must be PC literate.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules.
- A professional and positive attitude and demeanour.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess excellent organisational skills and good time management.
- Must be sufficiently mobile and flexible to work beyond the call of duty to achieve results.
