The Keylet Group are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team.

Keylet have been market leaders in the property industry for 25 years, and we're not slowing down now We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dependable individual to join our team under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.


Duties will include:


  • Plan social media schedules across various brands and creating and implement ideas for entertaining content
  • With the support of the Marketing Manager plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns
  • Write copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, PR/blogs and websites
  • Social media planning, content creating, scheduling and posting
  • Social media development and growth
  • Basic website management
  • Data collection and management following campaigns
  • Assist with SEO, Google Analytics, and PPC
  • Maintain client relationships with excellent customer service
  • Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers
  • You will also be required to work as part of the team in our office and assist with answering calls, taking messages and dealing with clients face to face.

Person Specification

  • Experience in a similar role and demonstrate the willingness to learn on the job is essential
  • Strong project management, time management and organisation skills are desirable
  • Computer proficiency is essential
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels is essential
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience is desirable
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Driven with a strong work ethic is essential
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Manage workload effectively
  • A driving licence is essential due to having to visit properties for social media content and meeting clients.
