Customer Service Advisor
Full time and Permanent
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in Watford (WD18)

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a customer service role, this could be face to face or over the phone
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- A people person who is able to build rapport with others
- Computer literate as you'll be using a number of inhouse systems
- Helpful and empathetic attitude
Salary
- £25,200 per annum
- £800 lunch allowance on top of your salary
Hours of work -
- Monday to Friday: 9am 5:30pm
