Applicants would be expected to have the ability to multi task, experience of a wide range of administrative tasks, including Microsoft word, excel and outlook, they will be adaptable, enthusiastic individuals with good interpersonal skills with the able to work on their own initiative.

This post is part of a small team lead by the Associate Director of Medical Education for the RIE, supporting induction of medical staff, delivery of the foundation programme of education and activities supporting undergraduate medical students, doctors in training and trainers.

The post holder also manages to day to day support of the medical education centre at the RIE.

The Medical Education Directorate provides educational teaching and training to undergraduate students of medicine and all grades of medical staff within the Division.
