An Immigration Specialist law firm are currently on the hunt for a hungry, sharp, and driven experienced Immigration caseworker/Solicitor, following the company's aggressive growth over the past few months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation and drafting of advice to clients.
Providing practical support to colleagues in the Immigration Team.
Maintaining and developing the relevant part of the firm's databases.
Developing collections of precedents for the Immigration Department. Raising awareness around procedures.
Providing marketing and business development support in order to secure further Immigration workload.
Encouraging knowledge sharing and capacity building. Promote good practice across the firm.
Provide support and learning to fellow team members in all queries regarding casework and best practice.
In charge of discipline of team members and quality control of documentation.
Ensuring the overall development and monthly revenue targets are met for each team member.
Creating a support plan for team members in areas they require to be trained.
Conduct monthly or weekly meetings with team members to manage their personal performance and development.
Conduct weekly meetings alongside the Managing Director on performance updates, targets and revenue forecast.

Requirements:
