Description

Our client is a highly respected and successful firm of estate agents based in across kent and Sussex and they are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to enhance their successful Lettings team.

They are looking for an experienced and
Professional Lettings Negotiator to add to their
Tunbridge Wells team.

Main duties include:


  • Registering applicants by phone and in person
  • Matching available properties to prospective tenants
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Preparation of associated documentation
  • Arranging valuation appointments
  • Assisting other team members where necessary

Salary/Package-

  • Basic Salary: £21 23,000 dependant on experience
  • Profit share scheme after successful completion of 6months' probation (guide: approx £2k)
  • Mileage paid 45p per mile
  • 6months' probation

Holiday:


  • 21 days per calendar year, rising to 23 days after five years

Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday, 8.50am 5.30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays, 9.00am 4.30pm with weekday off in lieu
