Senior Customer Service Executive

Wantage (Car driver essential)

8am to 5pm Office-based (with flexibility to work from home from time to time as laptop provided)

£28,000 - £34,000 depending on relevant experience FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE A MUST, UTILITIES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRABLE


Global CTS are working with an SME based in rural Wantage who are looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join their team.

As a Senior Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for service delivery to several customers. The Senior Customer Service Executive will account manage key accounts as well as provide reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Managing acquisitions and disposals for existing contracts
  • Submitting regular batches of validated invoices to the customer to pay
  • Ensuring invoices are paid within terms, communicating remittance information to suppliers
  • Supplier account management, liaising with suppliers to ensure payments are correctly allocated and debt positions are managed
  • Resolving challenges and obtaining refunds/credits
  • Analysing and querying historic data
  • Producing reports

Skills and Experience

  • Utility/ Energy experience a must
  • Have a mathematical and analytical skill set
  • Experience of reporting and running reports
  • Have excellent communication skills, dealing with all levels
  • Be selfmotivated and able to work on your own
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel as well as Microsoft Office
  • Well presented and professional
