The role:
This a busy and varied role which will see you being responsible for providing PA support, as well as overseeing the running of the Admissions process


Key duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising and supporting major events
  • Taking, producing and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Ensure efficient and effective admissions systems to provide an approachable and welcoming response, whilst tracking all enquiries throughout the process
  • Ensure compliance with admissions processes
  • Producing monthly reports, statistics and projected numbers

Required skills:

  • Experience of providing administrative support
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience of working within an education setting
Due to location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
