If you are looking for a career with a business where people really count, look no further than JCB.The role is for a Paramedic to support our growing Occupational Health team that operates, Monday to Friday.
The clinician will work as part of the Occupational Health team but will be required to work, as an autonomous, accountable Paramedic, providing first response/emergency care for JCB night workers with an expectation to develop additional roles and responsibilities within the remit of occupational health.
Full-time hours; 44 per week (Monday - Thursday, 2000hrs - 0800hrs).
Your Responsibilities as an Emergency Care Practitioner:
- Ensure clinical practice is safe and effective and remains within boundaries of competence, and to acknowledge limitations.
- Communicate at all levels within the Occupational Health team ensuring an effective service is delivered.
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous Occupational Health records appropriate to the consultation.
- Ensure evidencedbased care is delivered at the highest standards ensuring delivery of highquality employee care.
- Work within department and company policies and procedures.
- Participate in workplace audits.
About you:
- Active and relevant professional registration with HCPC
- Paramedic Certificate
- Experience
- Paramedic (5 years)
