We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative & Viewings Assistant to assist our Head of Prime in Central London.
This is a hybrid working opportunity based from our our Sloane Square Office alongside the opportunity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative & Viewing Assistant
- Provide administration of legal documentation for the sales process
- Providing administration support to the Prime department
- Coordination of appointments for the department
- Being proactive and managing time effectively to provide high level of support to the department.
- Marketing, to include advertising and social media
- Liaising with our Clients and prospective buyers
- Carrying out property viewings as required
- Supporting the head of department with diary management, customer service, reporting & date, inbox management, sales progression and adhoc tasks
Experience & Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise
- A positive, determined and enthusiastic attitude
- Be well presented
- Positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Well presented
- Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous administration experience required, ideally within an estate agents or the property industry
- Willing to learn and have a 'can do' attitude
- A full UK drivers licence is required
- Working proficiency across all Microsoft Office packages
