What this will involve

  • Loading cases onto fraud system (SIRA) and onto credit reference agency (Equifax)
  • Instructing Mortgage Valuations
  • Packaging Mortgage Offers
  • Taking and processing mortgage fee payments
  • Identify, Support and Assist vulnerable customers and understand their need for flexibility.
  • Use effective listening and questioning skills to enable potential issues to be detected and provide reassurance and support to the customer, whilst working within the requirements of our Vulnerable Customer Policy and FCA Guidance

To be successful you will have:
Effective written and oral communication - using correct grammar and appropriate language.

The ability to articulate technical mortgage data in a customer friendly style.

Delivered excellent customer service levels and a surprisingly different customer experience.


And will display:


An engaging phone manner with the capability to work well in a team, as well as taking responsibility to use your initiative.
