Hi Vis Hire Recruitment are the appointed recruitment partner for
Alltruck Commercials, who provide a wide range of services for commercial vehicle customers throughout Scotland and are soon becoming a Mercedes-Benz Trucks after-sales approved repairer.
As a result, Alltruck Commercial Vehicle Repairs are looking a Service Advisor to join their ever expanding and successful team based in Grangemouth.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring Alltruck can meet them.
You must have a strong administrative background and great customer service skills to adapt within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries quickly and efficiently and completing all administrative coordination.
What are we looking for?
- Motivated and driven individuals with a 'can do' attitude
- Experience within a customer focused environment, ideally within the automotive or transport sector, or with a service background.
- Well organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Effective communicators with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
- A basic knowledge of commercial vehicles including HGV's, parts and servicing would be advantageous but not essential
