Neway are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based with Liverpool City Council.


This role is starting asap, working 36 hours a week initially for a 3 month contract that will be extended after review.

Pay Rate is £12.71 p/h PAYE

Details:

Liverpool City Council is recruiting 8.7 Customer Service Advisors to provide first point of contact advice and information in relation to Housing Options referrals.


Based in the historic Cunard Building, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right people with a real desire to make a difference to how we support the people of Liverpool.


With Liverpool City Council covering everything from the planning of roads to ensuring the most vulnerable in our society have access to services, the Customer Service Advisor role can be varied, with lots to learn.


Key Responsibilities:


You will be willing to evolve and adapt in line with business demand and customer trends using transferable skills to adapt methods of contact and drive improvement.

You will provide first contact resolutions to our city's residents and customers through the Contact Centre and e-Contact always maintaining the highest standard of customer service
