Do you have a successful background in sales? Are you a fast learner who is positive and driven? Our client is currently looking for a proactive Trainee Sales Specialist to join their team in Manchester and sell an exciting portfolio of products.


The company
We're working on behalf of the market leaders in endoscopy. With a product portfolio including instruments and devices for the entire field of human and veterinary medicine.

The company utilises central image and data archiving systems to streamline andsimplify mínimally invasive surgery for convenient, comprehensive, and high in quality products.


The role

As a Trainee Sales Specialist, you will focus on developing world-class sales skills and using your expertise to provide build high-level relationships with customers, whilst supporting more experienced sales professionals in your team.

As you progress in therole, you'll be responsible for supporting the demonstration of our client's endoscopic products in clinical settings.

You'll have the opportunity to take on a leading role for specific sales projects within a defined territory.

  • Other responsibilities include: _
  • Ensuring customers are fully trained on our client's products
  • Delivering specialist support to ensure all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage
  • Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
  • Owning the sales process for selected projects
  • Providing assessments of competitor activity, customer feedback and market intelligence
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
  • Actively participating in both Regional and National sales meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records of key contacts and potential customers

The requirements

  • You'll have experience working in a sales or customer facing role and delivering a high standard of customer service, as well as_
  • Degree Level Educated in a relevant discipline
  • Able to communicate sales processes and strategies
  • Demonstrable success in a leadership position
  • Excellent networker and able to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised and with effective prioritisation skills
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a highpressure environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Flexible and willing to travel
  • Keen to develop professionally and personally
