Job Description Summary:


The position will primarily support the Surgery Sales & Marketing team with day to day general and marketing support for the management and creation of all marketing communication materials.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Surgery and the associated team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Core Tasks

  • Veeva approvals
  • Routes all promotional and marketing materials through the regulatory approval process
  • Purchase order requests/approvals
  • ShowPad work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the Surgery experiences (AR&R, BIP & Breast) are current and relevant.
  • Print Store manage/review literature stock
  • Events/congress work with Ethics and Compliance to get the necessary paperwork in place.
Wider Tasks

  • Provide factchecking (proofing), copyediting, and formatting assistance during the creation of literature, mailers, website content and other promotional materials.
  • Work on new relevant social media campaigns in approved BD format with the creative services team.
  • Help to plan promotional events such as local CoE's and exhibitions both external and in the SIH Winnersh.
  • Review stockholding of literature/promotional items held at JE Group.
  • Work with the Creative Services teams in Winnersh/Crawley to develop new collaterals or update existing ones.
  • Keep patient and healthcare professional information confidential as per GDPR requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential

  • Graduate level or equivalent
  • Ideally Marketing agency/department experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent with Powerpoint/Word/Excel
  • Organised with a project management approach
Desirable

  • Basic design/creative capabilities
