- Your role is key to helping to improve lives and focusing on delivering great Customer experiences
- You should be open to new ideas, finding ways to simplify and do things better, more effectively and efficiently to drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of working in a customer service/call centre/Admin experience
