Junior Property Manager - £25,000 - £35,000- London, E5 8RN

The Role

Do you want to gain experience in the property management industry? Do you love talking to new people and making them happy with their property experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for an efficient Junior Property Manager to manage the daily operations of properties, and handle tenant relations.

You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Junior Property Manager include, but are not limited to:

Assist with the management of a portfolio of approximately 900 units.
Monitor compliance to ensure all certificates are up to date.
Action on any guidance or requirements listed on compliance certificates.
Monitor maintenance issues to ensure items are attended to in timely manner.
Deputise for Senior Property Manager when needed.
Manage all utility accounts to ensure usage is correctly billed
