What will you be doing?
- Purchase Ledger operations including processing all purchase orders/invoices for depot operations.
- Regular contact with suppliers maintaining a strong working relationship.
- Ensure the accurate inputting of weekly payroll.
- Engaging with other internal departments to ensure operational delivery e.g. customer service.
- Answering the telephone.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Discussions with customers regarding bookings / advising ETAs
- General administration duties.
What are we looking for?
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Google And Microsoft Literate with a good working knowledge of Google sheets (Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Organisational Skills Be Able To Demonstrate A Flexible Approach To Work
- Communication, Interpersonal And Customer Relationship Skills
- Experience Of Meeting And Working To Tight Deadlines
