Do you have a passion for promoting accountability and fostering organizational learning? The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Associate, Monitoring & Learning within the Independent Project Accountability Mechanism (IPAM).

About Us
IPAM plays a critical role in ensuring accountability and transparency in EBRD-funded projects. We are committed to promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Chief Accountability Officer to implement remedial actions and promote an accountability learning culture within the Bank.
Monitor the implementation of Management Action Plans and produce Monitoring Reports.
Design and implement an institutional learning program based on case experience and trends.
Analyze case data to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and best practices.
Create knowledge dissemination and capacity development products such as ecourses and webinars.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in economics, development, social sciences, or a relevant field.
Experience in monitoring action plans and conducting research.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tableau, Access, Stata, MaxQDA desirable.
Understanding of environmental and social standards in development finance.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and build strong relationships.
