Senior Specifications Engineer

  • Working with the design team to select appropriate materials & systems for various project types including commercial, healthcare, aviation, education & data centers
  • Writing project specifications & compiling project manuals
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
-
10+ years of experience in the design & construction industry with 7+ years of experience as a Specifications Writer:

  • Licensed architect, CSI CCS, or CSI CCCA required
Note this position is full time, permanent, employed to work on-site in the London office.

Salary:
£50,901.07-£65,448.23 per year
