We are seeking a People Advisor to join our small, friendly team, bringing innovative and creative approaches to recruitment across all areas of the Hospice.


People Advisor - Talent Acquisition: Where Passion Meets Purpose


At the heart of Isabel Hospice lies a vibrant community of volunteers, fuelling our mission with their dedication and spirit.

As our new People Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in not just recruiting these invaluable volunteers, but also in attracting dynamic individuals to fill roles across clinical and non-clinical teams—spanning fundraising, marketing, finance, and retail.

But that's not all.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Retail & People Events Lead on special events aimed at drawing in both staff and volunteers, especially in areas where we face the most challenges in recruitment.


What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, whether in an agency or in-house setting
  • A strong background in HR, evidenced by a CIPD membership (full or part) or an HR qualification, enabling you to contribute to various peoplerelated aspects of our operations
  • Flexibility to work outside traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, to support our recruitment events
  • A valid driving license, as some travel will be required

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
