As one of the largest providers of Traffic Management Services within the UK, RTS have over 150 employees delivering a quality service 24/7.


RTS cover all aspects of Traffic Management including consultancy, planning, drawing and delivery, as well as event management and equipment hire.


Now, due to continued growth, we require an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join our Finance Team, based in central Scunthorpe.

Duties to include but will not be limited to:

  • Ensuring Purchase Invoices / Credits are dealt with day to day.
  • Reporting on various aspects relating to Purchase Orders Raised / Creditors.
  • Ensuring there are no internal queries and any issues are to be dealt with instantly.
  • Day to day control of supplier queries, ensuring they are resolved within 48hrs.
  • Produce / oversee weekly supplier payment runs.
  • Review employee expenses / ensuring they are paid on time.
  • Keep track of any money lost.
  • Being able to assist in other areas of the Finance Department.

Skills required:

  • Sage 200 / Excel and Outlook.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Manage own deadlines and workloads.
  • Ability to adapt and assist with other areas of administration.

Hours of Work:
Full time, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with 30mins for lunch (40hrs per week).


Salary:
Dependant of experience and skill level but starting at £23,000.00 per annum.
