Description

You will join a growing engineering team who build products that are customer-facing, brand-facing and at the infrastructure level. The platform has real complexities, including integrations with global brands including The North Face, Patagonia and Stone Island. Other elements include e-commerce, buy backs, order fulfilments, product flows, and other private and public APIs.

As a Team Lead, you will:

Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software products across their platform
Be involved throughout the product design cycle as the advocate for engineering
Define features to have the right balance of efforttobenefit.
Contribute to defining highlevel architecture and integrations with partners
Contributing code and ensuring it's high quality standard within the team.
Act as a coach and mentor, with codingtomanagement ratio to be 60/40.
