A bit about the role:
Full responsibility for posting all job adverts on our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);

Monitoring day to day activity against each vacancy and responding as directed by the Talent Acquisition Partner;

Ensuring the Recruitment Tracker (Excel) is maintained and up to date providing a reliable source data;

Arranging virtual interviews (Teams) and face to face interviews for Talent Acquisition Partner, HR Business Partner and hiring manager - this will include sending meeting invites, administering room bookings and equipment where necessary;

Raising PO's for all recruitment related services;

Receiving and receipting recruitment related invoices against PO's for payment;

Ensuring all paperwork for recruitment approvals have been received and are filed (electronically);

Issue offers, contracts and supporting documentation tracking returns of signed documentation;

Be a point of contact for new hires up to day 1 answering any queries they have prior to commencement;

Initiate employment screening process, track and follow through until completed;

Working with the Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partner and/or hiring manager to build interview guides / packs;

Collating and reporting ED&I data relevant to our talent attraction and recruitment processes as required.


About you:
Proven experience working in a busy administration role preferably within an HR team;

Excellent organisational skills;

Outstanding attention to detail;

Ability to multi-task and forward think;

Can do approach to solving problems;

Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced and high-pressured environment;

Work with confidence and be approachable;

Customer Service skills
