A Tier 1 Family Office are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join their growing team, within a company that was founded by partners with a Hedge Fund and Corporate Finance background.
Based in a boutique West London office, the Executive Assistant / Office Manager will be a confident and highly resourceful individual who is passionate about their work and thrives being the main go-to person in the office.
The Executive Assistant / OfficeManager duties include diary management (x2 Partners, x1 Director), arranging complex travel, event management, expense reporting, putting together decks and presentations, assisting with general office management and mentoring less experienced members ofsupport staff.
The Executive Assistant / Office Manager role is an exciting opportunity because it straddles many areas of the business and there is strong scope for career progression.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in client facing EA role
- Exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining the highest standards
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, plan, prioritise and organise
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
