Stafford - Free Parking

9am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday





JOB DUTIES:
-

We are seeking an Energy Monitoring Officer to work closely with the property team and county councils.

The role is based on site, however occasionally some travel to customer sites/suppliers.


This role is vital to the function of the energy management team to contract manage water management to properties owned by customers through the engagement and management of water retailers and wholesalers.

Providing customer support across approx. 200 properties

Setting up customer water contracts

Approving payments of customers water bills

Carrying out water monitoring investigations

Invoice/electronic records, meter readings if analysis suggests unusually high consumption.

Working with water suppliers ensuring payment and correctness of water invoicing

Maintaining records, resolving issues

Maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers

Reporting progress and issues to customers on a monthly basis

We need experience of working in energy or water management in a large multi site environment.

Ideally experience of water management monitoring and target software

Good knowledge of procurement for energy/water related services.

Able to work unsupervised.
